LI-AFS 6 is easy to operate. To start the process the sterilized ampoule tray needs to be loaded in to slant hopper. The well-synchronized star wheels start their functioning and start delivering the ampoules in an eccentric ampoule batch of six. The rack stops and pre-gassing, filling, post gassing, preheating, and final sealing is done of ampoules sequentially. The sealed ampoules then collected on collection tray automatically without involving any human touch in the entire process of filling and sealing.
